What we create together

Programs that turn imagination into confidence, skills, and connection

Our programs are designed around consistent mentorship, welcoming spaces, and practical opportunities to create. Participants are encouraged to experiment, collaborate, present their work, and develop habits that support success in school, work, and community life.

Creative education workshop

Creative Learning Labs

Small-group workshops introduce drawing, design, music, photography, writing, and digital production through hands-on projects. Teaching artists adapt activities for different ages and experience levels so every participant can enter with confidence and progress at an appropriate pace.

Youth arts mentorship program

Mentorship & Portfolio Support

Youth receive guidance from artists, educators, and creative professionals who help them set goals, reflect on their work, and build portfolios. Mentorship also strengthens communication, persistence, planning, and the ability to respond constructively to feedback.

Community arts gathering

Community Showcases

Exhibitions, performances, readings, and public installations give participants meaningful opportunities to share their work with families and neighbors. These gatherings celebrate youth achievement while inviting the broader community to recognize creativity as a tool for dialogue, healing, and belonging.

Creative career preparation

Creative Career Pathways

Older participants explore creative industries through guest speakers, workplace exposure, project-based learning, and practical preparation. Activities may include resume building, collaborative client projects, interview practice, and introductions to education or training pathways.

Supportive and inclusive youth program

Our commitment

Creative spaces should be safe, welcoming, and accessible

Temple Living Mission, Inc. works to reduce barriers by offering clear enrollment information, supportive instruction, respectful participation standards, and partnerships that connect families with additional resources. We prioritize youth safety, informed family communication, and program environments where each participant is treated with dignity.

We also recognize that meaningful access requires more than opening a classroom door. Whenever resources allow, we address participation costs, supplies, transportation challenges, language access, and accommodations so that young people can remain engaged over time.
